Story

New Colony Beer Co. has an interesting story! They opened in 2022 as a rebrand of Craft Brewers of Boise. The name and logo, featuring a parachuting beaver, are inspired by a unique piece of Idaho history. In 1948, the Idaho Department of Fish and Game relocated beavers to remote areas by dropping them from airplanes with parachutes.

New Colony Beer Co. continues to serve a variety of craft beers and ciders, both local and from across the nation. They also have a bottle shop with new selections every week. While they aren’t currently brewing their own beer, they plan to do so in the future.
