Highlands Hollow Brewhouse, often referred to as “The Hollow,” has a rich history in Boise. It was established in 1992 by brewmaster and owner David Krick. The Hollow is known for its cozy, rustic atmosphere and commitment to crafting quality beers. Over the years, it has become a beloved local spot for both residents and visitors.
